51 Contents and amendment of schemes

Every scheme must state what rights are affected by the scheme and to what extent, and whether there is consent by the persons whose rights are affected1. No estate, interest or right of a profitable or beneficial nature, in, over or affecting a common may, except with the consent of the person entitled, be taken away or injuriously affected by any scheme without compensation2. The Secretary of State3 may approve and certify a scheme for amending any existing scheme. All statutory provisions relating to an original scheme apply
