3: TURNING OUT OF ANIMALS—COMMONS ACT 1908

46 Regulations for turning out entire animals on commons

Under the Commons Act 1908, persons entitled to turn out animals1 on a common2 may, at a meeting convened as provided by the Commons Act 19083, by a resolution passed by a majority in value of interest of the persons present by themselves or by proxy or attorney4:

  1. 46.1

        make, alter or revoke regulations for determining the time, if any, at which and the conditions under which entire animals of any class or description or age specified in the regulations may be on the common;
