43 Regulations governing schemes

The Commons (Schemes) Regulations 1982 provide that a scheme made by a district council under the Commons Act 1899 for the regulation and management of a common must, subject to such modifications as appear to the council to be necessary or expedient, be in the prescribed form1.

Notice of the council’s intention to make a scheme must be given by2:
