33 Landowner statements

A landowner may deposit a statement with the relevant commons registration authority in England which has the effect of bringing to an end any period of during which persons have indulged as of right in lawful sports and pastimes on the land to which the statement relates1. The statement may be combined with a statement or declaration under Section 31(6) of the Highways Act 19802. Each commons registrations authority must keep a register containing prescribed information about statements deposited with it3. Regulations have been made governing the making of the application,
