24.9 Costs

Regulations1 govern the payment of costs incurred by the applicant, an objector or the person determining an application for correction of the registers where mistakes made under the Commons Registration Act 19652 are corrected3.

The person determining the application or the appropriate national authority4 may be given power to decide who is liable to pay costs and how much they are liable to pay.
