24.7 Buildings registered as a town or village green

Where the land was provisionally registered as a town or village green but at that date and continuously up to the date of the determination of the application or proposal the land was covered by a building or was within the curtilage of a building and the provisional registration became final, the commons registration authority must remove the land from the register of town or village greens1.

Land may only be removed from the register if an application is made by any person, or a proposal made and published
