24.3 Waste land of a manor not registered as common land

In specified circumstances, where waste land of a manor is not registered as common land or a town or village green, any person may apply to the registration authority to register the land as common land1. Regulations may prescribe a date by which such applications must be made and the land must be waste land of a manor at the date of the application2.
