13 Amendment of registration in relation to right of common

An application1 for the amendment of a registration in relation to a right of common may be made where the right has been apportioned, varied, extinguished or released, or having become a right in gross, has been transferred2. The application may be made by any person having an interest under the apportionment, variation, extinguishment, release or transfer3. In the case of an apportionment, variation or transfer, this includes any person who, at the date of the application, would have been entitled under the Commons Registration Act 1965
