12 Removal of land from register

Where any land registered under the Commons Registration Act 1965 has ceased to be common land1 or a town or village green2, by virtue of any instrument made under or pursuant to any enactment, the person or persons who at the date of such application would have been entitled to apply under the Commons Registration Act 19653 for the registration of a claim to ownership of that land may apply to remove the land or any part of it from the register4.
