91 Directors: powers

It is the directors who are to manage the business of the association and who may exercise its powers, except in so far as the Companies Act 2006, the articles, or a special resolution requires otherwise1. The directors may, with the authority of an ordinary resolution of the association, delegate any of their powers to committees or to one or more executive directors2.

The association has power to do anything incidental or conducive to the attainment of the functions of the association in relation to the commonhold identified in the articles in accordance with the commonhold community statement
