3: ALTERATION OF ARTICLES

86 Commonhold association: alteration of articles

The provisions of the Companies Act 2006 providing for the alteration of the articles of a company apply, with adaptations, to a commonhold association1. The altered articles must not be inconsistent with the prescribed form2.

Before an alteration of the articles of a commonhold association can take effect, the altered articles must have been registered by the Chief Land Registrar, who is to make any changes to the register resulting from the alteration and is to keep a copy of the altered articles in place of
