82 Members’ agreement

It is not uncommon for the members of a company to enter into an agreement separately from the articles of the company. The purpose of such an agreement can be to regulate their relationship in a way that is not possible under articles of association; the contents of such an agreement may also be kept confidential as the agreement is not filed at the Companies Registry.

Because of the prescriptive nature of the articles of a commonhold association and of the commonhold community statement, it may be attractive to the members of a commonhold association and to unit-holders
