74 Rights and duties in the commonhold community statement

As proprietor of the common parts and provider of services the commonhold association will require rights over the commonhold units. These rights may include rights of access to the units for the purposes of repair and so on, and rights for access and services to the common parts. In a leasehold development, or in a non-commonhold freehold development, these would be the subject of the grant and exception and reservation of easements. In the case of a commonhold development, these matters can be dealt with in the commonhold community statement.
