72 Limited use areas

A commonhold community statement may make special provision for part of the common parts, limiting the people who may use that part, and the use to which it may be put. Such a part of the common parts is called a ‘limited use area’. There may be more than one limited use area in a commonhold, each with its own special provisions1.
