71 Ownership of the common parts

On registration of a commonhold without unit-holders the proprietor of the common parts during the transitional period will be the applicant for registration of the commonhold or his successor in title to all (but not some only) of the commonhold units1. At the end of the transitional period, or on registration of a commonhold with unit-holders, the freehold of any common parts of the commonhold will automatically be registered in the name of the commonhold association2. On the commonhold association being registered as proprietor of the common parts, any charge of the common parts
