69 Other dealings with units and part units

Dealings by way of outright transfer, lease and charge have been considered above. A unit-holder is free to create or transfer any other interest in the whole of his unit, and cannot be prevented by the commonhold community statement from doing so1. There is power, which has not been exercised, to make the consent of the commonhold association a condition of creating or transferring prescribed categories of interest2.
