57.5 Conditional on amended commonhold community statement

Where the transaction requires the commonhold community statement to be amended1, the agreement should be expressed to be conditional on the commonhold association resolving to make the desired amendments to the commonhold community statement and, perhaps, on the registration of the amended commonhold community statement at the Land Registry; only on registration will the changes become effective.
