54 Dispositions: transfers of whole

A commonhold unit may be transferred as a whole, and the commonhold community statement may not prevent or restrict the transfer of the whole of a commonhold unit1. The conveyancing process for the transfer of a commonhold unit is in principle the same as for any other transfer of land in a registered title, although, of course, issues peculiar to commonhold will arise2.
