51 Land Registry searches

The usual Land Registry procedures in respect of searches are modified where the land searched is commonhold1.

An index map search against land which includes a commonhold unit will reveal the title number of the unit and the title number of the common parts of the commonhold. A search against land which includes the common parts will reveal the title number of the common parts and of all the commonhold units. Where the person making a search requires the title numbers of all the units he must insert in panel 2 of Land Registry
