45 Unit-holders

A person is a unit-holder of a commonhold unit if he is registered, or entitled to be registered, as proprietor of the freehold of that unit1. Two or more persons are unit-holders of a commonhold unit if they are registered, or entitled to be registered, as proprietors of the freehold of that unit2.
