44 Desirability of appurtenant easements

The commonhold community statement should contain whatever rights unit-holders and the commonhold association need over the parts of the commonhold they do not own1; if the commonhold community statement does not make adequate provision in this respect it can be altered2.

It may therefore be said that easements3 over any part of the commonhold which are appurtenant to commonhold units or the common parts are unnecessary.
