43 Grant of easements by unit-holders

It may not be thought desirable that a unit-holder should grant an easement over his unit to an owner of land outside the commonhold or to another unit-holder. In the case of an easement appurtenant to land outside the commonhold, the flexibility of the commonhold will be affected. An easement appurtenant to a commonhold unit or to the common parts duplicates the provisions of the commonhold community statement as regards the rights conferred by the commonhold community statement, and likewise may affect the flexibility of the commonhold.
