41 Rights and incumbrances on registration of the commonhold

The title of a commonhold unit is subject, like all registered titles, to entries on the register and to unregistered interests which override registered dispositions, and has the benefit of entries on the register and of all other interests, such as easements, subsisting for the benefit of the registered estate1. The unit-holder is also subject to the provisions of the articles of the commonhold association and of the commonhold community statement2.
