37 Removal of land from a commonhold

Land may be removed from a commonhold by altering the commonhold community statement. The alterations to the commonhold community statement become effective on their registration at the Land Registry1. The alterations that will be required include:

  1. 37.1

        an alteration to the plans attached to the commonhold community statement, to show the revised extent of the commonhold and, where appropriate, the revised extent of any unit affected2;

  2. 37.2

        if appropriate, an alteration of the description of the commonhold3;

  3. 37.3

        if the land removed results in a change of the total number of units in
