36 Application to add land to existing commonhold

Land may be added to an existing commonhold1. The ability to add land is convenient to a developer who is building or selling in phases, or who has not initially decided how much he wants to develop or how he wants to develop it. A developer may reserve the right to add specified land to the commonhold without the consent of the commonhold association2.
