35 Effect of registration on other interests in the land

The effect of registration on leases and on charges of the common parts and charges of part of commonhold units has already been considered1.

There is also statutory provision for the extinguishment of other interests. These other interests are interests subsisting at the time of registration of the land as commonhold in part only of commonhold units which could not be validly created after registration. These statutory provisions have not been brought into force2.
