31 Registration without unit-holders: end of the transitional period

The transitional period ends when, after registration of the commonhold, someone other than the applicant becomes entitled to be registered as proprietor of one or more (but not all) of the units1. Thereupon:

  1. 31.1

        the commonhold association will be automatically registered as proprietor of the common parts2;

  2. 31.2

        any charge of the common parts is automatically extinguished3;

  3. 31.3

        the rights and duties set out in the commonhold community statement come into effect4;

  4. 31.4

        any lease of all or part of the commonhold
