30 Registration without unit-holders: the transitional period

On registration, unless the application included a statement of the units and unit-holders1, there is a transitional period during which time the following apply:

  1. 30.1

        The applicant continues to be registered as the freeholder of the commonhold land2.

  2. 30.2

        The rights and duties set out in the commonhold community statement are not in force3.

  3. 30.3

        Application may be made for the land to cease to be registered as commonhold. The application must be accompanied by the consents of those whose consent would be required in respect of an application to register the land
