27 Timing of the application

Where the application is to be made for registration with unit-holders then the application may be made whenever convenient once all the documents have been prepared1.

Where the application is to be made without unit-holders, it is suggested that it should be made as late as possible. The applicant will presumably wish to sell the units in the commonhold as soon as it is able to do so, and clearly the registration of the commonhold should not delay the sales process.
