14 Commonholders and the developer

The purchaser of a unit in a commonhold in the course of a development will expect the developer to be able to complete the development and to sell the remaining units, and to retain sufficient freedom to be able to do so. Indeed, like the purchaser of any new property he will wish to be assured that the developer will complete the development and will provide the expected amenities; no doubt that contract between the purchaser and the developer will make some provision in these respects.
