Where a commonhold is created by existing property owners combining to do so there will usually be no construction work associated with the creation of the commonhold. No special arrangements will therefore need to be made in that respect, and if any works are to be undertaken (perhaps the modernisation or improvement of some communal facility or the development of vacant land) they will no doubt be carried out by the commonhold association.
