125 Voluntary winding up: application to Land Registry

The liquidator1 must make a termination application to the Chief Land Registrar; a termination application is an application that all the land over which the commonhold association exercises functions should cease to be commonhold. The Registrar is to note the application in the register, and is to do what he thinks appropriate to give effect to the termination statement2.

The timing of the application to the Land Registry depends on whether the winding-up and termination-statement resolutions were passed with 100% agreement or with 80% agreement. In the case of resolutions passed with 100%
