124.2 Proposals for transfer of the commonhold land

The termination statement will say if the commonhold land is to be sold. Where the commonhold units consist of independent structures (perhaps a group of houses, or units in a business park) the units may be transferred back to the unit-holders; the unit-holders will then simply have the (non-commonhold) freehold in their units, and the commonhold will have ceased to exist.
