121 Rectification

A unit-holder may apply to the court for a declaration that the articles of a commonhold association or a commonhold community statement do not comply with the statutory requirements. The court may make such order as it thinks fit, and in particular may require steps to be taken to amend the articles or the commonhold community statement, may award compensation, or may provide for land to cease to be commonhold1.
