120 Registration in error

Where land has been registered as commonhold land and ought not to have been registered because the application for registration was not duly made, the court may make a declaration that the land should not have been so registered1. The court may make a variety of orders, including an order for the alteration of the register, an order for the land to cease to be commonhold and an order for compensation2.
