12.7 Developer’s rights

The commonhold community statement may, and in the case of a new development undoubtedly should, confer rights on the developer to enable it to complete and sell the development, to give it some flexibility to add land to or remove land from the commonhold, to amend the commonhold community statement and to appoint directors of the commonhold association1.
