12.6 Payment of commonhold assessment

The commonhold association (unlike a landlord) does not have any priority to claim payment of commonhold assessment or reserve fund levy from unit-holders. The commonhold association has only the remedies of any creditor, including the right to seek a charging order and then an order for sale of the unit, both against the unit-holder who incurred the liability and his successors.
