The court has jurisdiction in respect of proceedings relating to the exercise or enforcement of a right conferred or a duty imposed by a commonhold community statement, or Part 1 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, or the Commonhold Regulations 20041. ‘The court’ means the High Court or the County Court2.
