117.3 Enforcement by the commonhold association against unit-holders or tenants

The procedure for enforcement by the commonhold association against unit-holders or tenants is the same as that applicable to enforcement by unit-holders or tenants against the commonhold association, with one exception. That exception is that the association may only bring legal proceedings if the association is satisfied that that is what the interests of the association require1.
