117 Complaints

117.1 General

The commonhold community statement must contain provisions about dispute resolution. These provisions are set out in Section 4.11 of the model form of commonhold community statement, and relate only to rights and duties arising from the commonhold community statement or under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 or regulations made under it1.
