110 Commonhold community statement: notices, registers and dispute resolution

The model form of commonhold community statement contains detailed provisions about notices given by the commonhold association, notification by unit-holders and tenants (including subtenants) of addresses for service, by what means notice is to be given, to whom and to what addresses, and whether and when notice is treated as having been given1.
