109 Commonhold community statement: amendment

The model form of commonhold community statement contains provisions for amendment of the commonhold community statement. The only parts of a commonhold community statement that can be amended are local rules, that is, provisions that have been added to the model form, or information in the annexes.

Amendments are generally effected by an ordinary resolution passed at a general meeting of the commonhold association. In some cases, where an amendment affects a unit, the consent of the unit-holder and of the chargee of a unit is required to an amendment.
