108 Commonhold community statement: dealings

The model form of commonhold community statement contains a number of provisions relating to dealings with units1.

  1. 108.1

        Transfer of whole unit: The commonhold community statement may not prevent or restrict the transfer of a whole unit. On the transfer of a unit the transferor ceases to be liable for anything arising after the transfer, but remains liable for anything arising before the transfer.
