81 Boilerplate provisions

  1. 81.1

        In a letter agreement the boilerplate provisions for inclusion are normally less detailed than, or may not cover as many topics as in mainstream commercial agreements.

  2. 81.2

        At a minimum, the following should always be included:

    1. 81.2.1

          notices;

    2. 81.2.2

          law and jurisdiction; and

    3. 81.2.3

          rights of third parties.
