7 Some possible consequences of not having the contract in writing or signed

Where the contract is not in writing the parties may not agree (or specify in sufficient detail):

  1. 7.1

        the standards to be met by a party producing goods or providing services (the supplier may think he is providing or want to provide something very different to that which the purchaser is expecting);
