        Is there a provision stating that any amendment or variation of the agreement requires both parties to agree to it, and that the amendment or variation being made has to be made in writing?

        If one party can amend or vary the agreement:

          Is it stated what parts of the agreement they can amend or vary?

          Must they fulfil any conditions before they can do so (such as giving notice or complying with any formalities (such as the use of writing, calling a meeting, etc))2?

          Can only a specified or named person
