  1. 55.1

        Is there a provision that information provided by one party to another, whether under the agreement or otherwise, shall be kept confidential and secret?

  2. 55.2

        Are the obligations of confidentiality one-way or two-way?

  3. 55.3

        How much information will be disclosed by one or more parties to the agreement?

    1. 55.3.1

          If the agreement concerns a routine transaction (without the exchange of any significant information or with the exchange of information which is generally available) then a generalised limited confidentiality provision may be sufficient.

    2. 55.3.2

          If the agreement concerns:

            the creation, design or development of a product
