Consider:

  1. 52.1

        If there are no specific provisions in the agreement, are the (default) provisions of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 acceptable2?

  2. 52.2

        If there are to be specific provisions, when will title in the goods be transferred from the supplier to the buyer?

  3. 52.3

        Does title pass:

    1. 52.3.1

          on delivery?

    2. 52.3.2

          on (full) payment?

    3. 52.3.3

          on some other circumstance?

  4. 52.4

        Is the buyer required to do or required not to do anything when it has possession of the goods but before title passes, eg:

    1. 52.4.1
