        Are specifications for the goods or services to be supplied set out in sufficient detail?

  2. 50.2

        Are there specifications, regulations etc which are set down by governmental, regulatory authorities or other bodies that need to be met, specified or set out?

  3. 50.3

        Are there provisions that the supplier is required to:

    1. 50.3.1

          meet the standard set by the specifications?

    2. 50.3.2

          comply with the requirements of governmental regulatory or other bodies?

    3. 50.3.3

          obtain permissions or approvals before carrying out its obligations to the specifications?
