47 Supply details

What is to be supplied should be clearly defined (possibly in a schedule), so that:

  1. 47.1

        any technical or other specification which has been used by the parties1 is clearly referenced or incorporated (as in a schedule);

  2. 47.2

        definite quantities, measurements or other specifications are stated (so that both parties are clear as to what is being supplied and received)2;

  3. 47.3

        the sequence, procedures and timings as to when activities under the agreement are to occur are stated (and also the consequences if they do not occur)3;

  4. 47.4

        there is sufficient
